At Tapes & Co. London, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your order, we offer a 14-day returns policy.
Eligibility for Returns
Timeframe: You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
Condition of Items: The items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Hair extensions and wigs must not be tampered with, worn, or altered in any way for hygiene reasons.
Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required for all returns.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom-made or personalised products are not eligible for return unless faulty.
How to Initiate a Return
- To start the return process, please contact our customer service team at tapesncoldn@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the product.
Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the returned product.
Return Shipping
- You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning the item, unless the product is faulty or we made an error in your order.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without it.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the returns process and place a new order for the desired item.

Processing and Shipping
We have a 7-14 working days processing time depending on the
items ordered. If you need your items processed express we do
provide express orders for a fee. Please contact us directly for
express order's.
UK shipping method is Royal Mail special delivery which is a next
working day shipping method. Europe, US, UAE & Africa we use DHL
& FedX express shipping which is between 2-6 working days.
Delivery and Returns
Changes can be made before you receive your order once the items are customized and sent out they cannot be resold for hygiene purposes and are non refundable.We use Royal Mail special delivery for next working day.
